Sierra Server - protecting folders

hi guys,

got problem i'm trying resolve.

sierra server, sierra clients.

i've set published folder on sierra server stop 'group' deleting , deleting sub folders.

when turned feature on (acl list & propergate permissions) users cannot make new folders/or duplicate files.

why turning off delete option stop them creating folders etc.

want stop users trashing files/folders on server.

advice welcome please :)

write permission allows create delete, disabling deletions default stop creating files.

doubt there simple way allow creation without deletion, because every time modify file deleting old file , creating new file replace it.

per user setting can try:
