PowerPC G5 Startup Issues

i not versed internal parts or setup dialogue, try best explain issue.

1 day, wouldn't turn on. there previous incidents find computer fans on full tilt , manually shutdown.

replaced power supply , battery.

when plug in, hear click , white light flickers near power button.

not sure how troubleshoot more possible issues.

read somewhere should take powermac g5s walk in woods , blast 'em when they're not looking. can't give on her. great.

 

unfortunately appears if system board has failed. 1 of systems had same symptoms yours , turned out failed system board. people have attempted solve problem heating boards in oven or using heat gun. each varying levels of success.
