Can't share new volume


hi have osx server running on mac mini few shared volumes. setup has been running fine years. adding ned disk. issuing fine until point add users disk (in server app under file sharing ) add users bit when hit save error "failed save access control list" "make sure access control list enabled on volume"
not sure next
 

what filesystem disk formatted as?
