Logitech create 12.9 disconnects

hi all. else having issues logitech create keyboard disconnecting few seconds , kicking life on ios11 public beta. couple of days said had update available did nothing when presses update. seemed have stopped now. have sent ticket apple , logitech no reply either yet.
have second gen 12.9 , updated straight public beta can’t tell if problem on ios 10. thanks.

i have original 12.9 , logitech create case - updated pb of ios 11 last week , i've had no issues far disconnects. don't remember if asked me accessory update - remember updating case husband's 10.9 , create case , hasn't mentioned disconnects. luck!
