iPhone iCloud Backup vs iTunes Backup


recently started backing icloud , have few queries
  1. icloud backup 6gb i've used 35gb of storage on iphone itself. mean if restore using icloud backup, it'll have redownload 29gb of stuff (eg. apps etc) using wifi?
  2. i'm on ios 11.1 beta 2. since icloud backs automatically each night, presumably icloud backup compatible 11.1 b2 or later. mean cannot downgrade 11.0.3 using icloud backup?
  3. you can archive itunes backup time can have copies of backup different ios versions. there no such option icloud backup?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
