Series 3 GPS Accuracy


has else felt watch’s gps less stellar? i’ve used both apple watch , garmin 235 runs week. know actual distance of routes , garmin spot on. on every run distance measured apple watch , pace have been off. it’s been off +.16 miles on shorter runs , got bad +.62 miles end of today’s run.

love watch, i’m disappointed particular function. there chance it’s apple workout app , not watch itself? settings can/need tweak fix this. might have received lemon , should try exchange it?
 

how long have had watch? think needs 30 minutes of outdoor workout calibrate distance. true s0 watches , require bring phone along.

i’m not sure how works have gps built in.
