greetings, i'm hoping can me make sense of this. have new imac, , it's been nightmare of random shut downs , finder freezes. i've tried usual pram, smc, , os reinstalls. have applecare, there's no apple store in area. got @ best buy, think computer fine , can send apple. it's work computer , can't without month. suggested etrecheck, , report below. if understand seeing, crashplan (online backup, listed @ bottom of report) cause of problems? in advance... killing me.
