Audio/MIDI settings crashes when configuring multi-output device


cannot multi-output device function @ all. i'm trying audio out of interface , built-in simultaneously, prior sierra might not issue. there extension installed called ishowu routing audio different programs, , removed multi-output device had setup , didn't try make 1 until now. i've uninstalled extension still have problem. i'll create multi-output device, , configure speakers open window if there 1 device ticked, if there 2 devices ticked crashes instantly upon clicking configure speakers. ideas? thanks

on mid-2012 13" mbp running 10.12.6

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
