My dad's iPhone is in iCloud activation lock. (Cannot get to homescreen)


hey everyone, sorry if in wrong forum, new here,

guys hope… father has iphone 7 uses icloud account created family member (my father not understand when comes tech every time buys new phone gives setup it, uses call, not text).

have account name , password, reason iphone repeatedly asks icloud sign up, maybe around 20 times day. , when enter correct password, tells me enter birthdate associated account (as security step) not know birthdate (i tried many known birthdates in vain , impossible it). resulted in account being locked.

father got annoyed , told me remove account , new icloud account. made new account , when tried disconnect old icloud account told me account locked , must either enter correct birthdate or verification number sent email. problem need enter icloud account access email, because email k*******@icloud.com.

since disconnecting icloud account not possible, tried reset factory settings settings menu gave same result. therefore, set phone in recovery mode , tried hard reset using itunes (i made manual backup before this), once phone started, required me enter, still, old icloud credential before home screen. hence phone unusable… regardless, dad angry @ me doing this, tried never owned iphone , thought android.

know how remove account iphone or @ least phone start again icloud account? have icloud name , password, not birthdate.

tl:dr: basically, dad’s phone stuck in activation lock , cannot homescreen until login. have icloud name , password, not birthdate. , cannot verification code email since email k********@icloud.com need access icloud see code.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
