Outlook 2011 won't start after updating to El Capitan


i updated snow leopard (10.6.8) el capitan , outlook won't launch. error:
error occurred while launching - not enough memory.

have rebuilt database , restored time machine backups. nothing works. want move emails new mac office 2016, cannot find way without ability open outlook , export .olm file.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
