how use google sheets in browser on ipad?

using full features of google sheets critical - can accomplished on ipad? ipad keeps forcing me app has limited functionality. however, if delete app, won’d let me edit can on desktop. tried other browsers , display full features, seems crash.
 

if request desktop site, allow edit sheets in safari.

How much is my cMP worth?
