Different quality in different countries


hi there! have "silly" question , thought may have answer that. there case apple may sell higher quality goods in "more important" markets in "developing" markets?

mean if buy macbook pro uk or usa there chance product of better quality 1 sold in "small" market greece, or africa or asia etc? example have 2 brands of screens lg , samsung. feel samsung better lg. there chance distribute usa/uk models samsung screens partly because of consumer rights laws etc?
 

shouldn't case. manufactured same company.
