Question about TouchID on the tbMBP 16/17


i'm considering 1 more less since have move abroad few months (or weeks maybe). so...

may configure touchid unlock screen suspension (as apple pay, etc) not unlock boot disk cold start? @ boot mandatory on system introduce unlock code on keyboard. (so system cant unlocked faked fingerprint in case stolen)

question using ruggerized cases i-blason or uag: best? have regrets on iblason or uag ?
 

on cold start, computer requires user type in password before touchid can used.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
