iPhone Sync/Backup Mac-Formatted iPhone on Windows


hello mac rumors,

dealing specific situation , i'd appreciate help.
iphone has been synced/backed on mac needed repairs it'll gone week. thought i'd able use iphone on desktop windows pc seems not case.
whilst windows recognize iphone , allows me extract photos in explorer, itunes not recognize it, unable backup or sync device. google issue , can't find definitive answers other iphones not os-formatted ( ipods ), hence there shouldnt issues syncing between oss.

( tested using different usb ports, different windows computer , made sure itunes date. no luck )

ideas or there such limitation?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
