Apple refurb "iPad not set up"


i bought refurbished mini 4 directly apple. upon turning on, started talking (voice on on) , when select language, pop says "ipad not set up". options continue or start on neither besides dismiss pop , bring me language screen.

i've rebooted twice keep coming same screen.

going on? google no , i'm 3 hours apple store can't stop in appointment. guess can call apple? i've never run technical issues before.

can me?
 

well feel silly. figured out.

voice on over means double tap required make selection. discovered mistakenly. got message @ top triple click home button turn off voice over. did that, able use ipad , set without problems.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
