Acer H277HK no image over thunderbolt


hi,
trying connect macbookpro 13' w tb (2017) screen using usbc/thunderbolt. charges ok there no image, if connect using dongles , hdmi there works re no fundamental problem screen. tried different cables (and cables work lg5k screens) no luck.

suggestions?
 

turn out text screen had 2016 firmware bring sold brand new :(
trying return screen , updated version thunderbolt 3

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
