is there way swap motherboards on mac book pro late 2006 15 inch screen, newer 1 better processor?

when newer?... cost of machine largely logic board, not casing. seems you're doing wrong way around.

speaking no, cost high, may able go late 2007 see minor gains. post 2008 different computer. i'm sure it's possible enough money , modding of case, re-routing of cables , possibly new signal converter chips. seems lot of work when buy 2008 model.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
