iPad Pro 10.5 stuttering

updated ipad pro 10.5 ios 11 yesterday evening , noticing severe frame drops , stuttering in games such gta vice city , transistor. besides, noticed stuttering when change ui position between landscape , portrait @ home screen. noticing of that? weird such powerful hardware struggling ios 11
 

a solution may clean install. when new ios iteration released. never "upgrade" such big software change. when wipe ipad or iphone new clean install, performs much, better, , has responsiveness expect.

search posts instructions on how it. , many others recommend clean install well.
