iPad iPad Air2 not getting restored


i have ipad air 2 havent used last 1 year , have forgotten password to, not linked laptop use there no way it. want restore factory settings, put in recovery mode, downloaded latest update , tried restore im getting message: "tatsu declined authorize image on device user"
should do?

ps: have updated latest version of itunes wont

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
