i know wife planning to buy me apple watch should i tell her to wait?


birthday in 2 weeks , know wife planning buy hasn't bought me apple watch. should tell wait new version? in shops instantly or announced not available yet? there such huge difference?
 

based on leaks seems next version (series 3) lte , no design change. more of minor spec bump if anything.

there deals on current series 1/2 steep discounts ($70 off @ macy's example) , still work great.

How much is my cMP worth?
