How to Open Markup ??


hello all-

can't see how open "markup" on imac in either photos or preview. don't see offered anywhere in preview menu or photos (except in extensions).

2010 imac, osx el capitan v.10.11.6
photos v.1.5
preview v.8.1

in photos have opened pic, selected edit , selected extensions , clicked on more. see screen shots. extensions window open showing photos (not enabled) , above actions markup. also, if select "all" in extensions window says " have not installed extensions". thought markup there & see available in app store. don't see how enable photos , if actions selected markup box checked, yet not appear in photos or preview apps use. how extension, feature, work?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
