Changed graphics card, now imac turning off when playing HQ games


hi



changed graphics card in late 2009 imac 6970m 2gb card.



works fine until start playing game on steam. high-quality game , imagine take lot of power.



problem have when in-game, imac turn off after 2 minutes of gameplay. keep happening every time try play game.



appreciated.



 

sounds heat issue. , changing card if power supply can't keep mac shut down protect itself.

How much is my cMP worth?
