Internal HD on read only after High Sierra update


hi guys,

have macbook pro (retina, 13-inch, 2015) , updated high sierra , internal hd read only, i've tried changing permissions (get info / sharing , permissions) when try change "read & write" gives me following error:

"the operation can’t completed because don’t have necessary permission"

i'm admin (i authenticate, etc) , there no other accounts, advice?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
