RAM bus speed issue


i ordered , installed 6x16 gb sticks of ram 2010 mac pro. checked out system profile , noticed ram running @ 1066 mhz instead of 1333 mhz despite specs on ram stating supports 1333. previous 24 gb of ram ran @ 1333 fine. model number of memory ordered m393b2k70dmb-yh9. tried resetting smc , pram, didn’t help. else causing or did mislabeled ram?
 

wrong memory rank. m393b2k70dmb-yh9 4rx4, not 2rx4.

testing purpose, may try run 2 sticks see if ram can run @ 1333mhz

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
