With two separate model cycles, how are Apple going to handle it?


just thinking ahead, cost factor of x - whether upgrade still top tier model next year?

if x launching on november 3rd, , 8 launching in couple of weeks, presume apple going forward in terms of product cycles?

typically 1 new iphone each year (incl. plus). apple launch x-2 or similar alongside 'iphone 8s/iphone 9' next year?

if release iphone '9', surely appeal buy 8 year , previous models, rather x customers? unless 9 has better specs x (10) odd , un-apple.

x presumably drop in price next year, impact on iphone 9 sales etc.
 

next year, introduce iphone xs starting @ $1199.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
