Drive sharing between MAC and WINDOWS


hi all,
first post, , hope appropriate part of forum.
needed upgrade old windows desktop & laptop windows 10 pc's , decided take plunge , go top of range macbook pro replace both systems.
i'm relatively happy how things going limited knowledge of mac now, appreciate little following ....
have windows 10 ‘legacy’ software required run under windows 10, have install both vmware fusion , windows 10, , able swap between windows , mac os etc.
have 5 tb external hdd formatted under mac exfat assuming visible , accessible both reading , writing in both systems, although can under mac, not able ‘see’ drive in windows installation.
suggestions/help appreciated. (do maybe need use far32 ?)

does drive appear in windows' disk management console?

format of drives using windows ntfs format , run ntfs mac paragon software on macs read , write these ntfs-formatted drives.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
