FaceTime Won't Activate, Can't Make Calls


hi all,

i'm using iphone5c , trying make calls using ipad , macbook pro every time try 'call using iphone failed' message. looked in settings , facetime stuck on 'waiting activation.' problem? phone makes calls i'm not able other devices. thoughts?

another update. somehow received call on ipad, via iphone. appears can't call out on other devices.
 

i'm not going .... time i've ever had similar you're explaining when had crappy wifi network --- once updated router , had max coverage on house, went away.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
