applecare vs squaretrade vs at&t insurance


as heading says, best bang buck?
in past (pre iphone 6) never had of them, lifeproof case leaked , started getting at&t insurance (that has gone aprox $3 month year), upgrading 7 x im debating on 1 or keep plan at&t?
 

i don't know at&t squaretrade insurance, lose or break iphone $$ new one.
applecare covers accidental damage not loss/theft. covers defects, , extends warranty if home button fails work in year 2 of phone, ac cover it, squaretrade not.

suspect at&t's insurance closer squaretrade offers apple offers.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
