Applecare or squaretrade


i applecare phones, year noticed squaretrade got bought allstate , seems have great pricing. tempted go them few reasons.

apple care iphone x $199/2 years, includes 2 incidents if replacement needed @ $99 deductible each. it's convenient go apple store have issues worked out.

squaretrade iphone x $129/2 years or $159/3 years, includes same coverage applecare including accidental damage. understand allowed 4 replacement incidents priced @ $99 deductible. convenience remains same because can go local repair facility , have fixed, speaking reps includes taking phone straight apple. have in home repair well, i'm not sure if applies smartphones or if that's larger things appliances. edit: read on website can in home repair screen replacement $25 deductible.

there reason not squaretrade? seems better deal around , cheaper. missing caveats here?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
