Siri can't voice dial


i have contacts in icloud , contacts in gmail. when use siri dial via holding down home button, say, " call michael smith" siri say, "which one? michael smith or michael smith"

there no way call dialed.

turned off icloud contacts , deleted phone, leaving gmail contacts. siri says, "cannot find michael smith".

else see kind of behavior yet?

have not tried delete gmail contacts , leave icloud ones yet.

may why phone history in car shows numbers on contacts , not names.
 

yes, i’ve seen this. in case, it’s wife.

Need some help - Google search
