the u.s. government has filed application general court of european union intervene in ongoing tax-related case between apple , european commission, according reuters.
the report did not specify when application submitted, it's unclear if occurred under barack obama or donald trump administrations.
last august, following three-year investigation, european commission found apple received illegal state aid ireland. iphone maker allegedly paid between 0.005 percent , 1 percent in taxes in ireland between 2003 , 2014, compared the country's headline 12.5 percent corporate tax rate.

i'm thinking on selling cmp 5,1 not powerful enough anymore. have 5,1 x5690 , 24gb of ram, idea worth in europe? in netherlands think might €1000 it, if you're lucky . depends on ssd's , graphic card(s) in there etc etc. iused.nl , here in netherlands, have quad core 5,1's around €700-€800. keep in mind business , prices no doubt higher on second hand market. think you're realistically looking @ €750, i'd interested hear others have say.
