DVD drive replacement


20' imac after dissemble replaced dvd drive wheel stops spinning after few seconds after chime sounds wheel freezes. not continue boot. stuck! ugh.... plugged in order (at least thought) make wheel stop spinning? figured must new dvd drive put in. unplugged , boots again. doing wrong? time
 

could jumper issue! jumpers in replacement drive set of defective original drive?
