Barometric altimeter question


other tracking stairs climbed etc etc....what other purpose serves or can work barometer predict weather changes?
 

not sure if there way access through api (needed weather) can elevation change when running or riding bike

Runing steam account from external ssd in bootcamp, is there a way to make it invisble when in osx?
