Getting back into Photography

hey guys,

looking advice really... i’ve been out photography game while (around 8 or years), owned own business , did photography purely means earn money. running duel nikon d300’s sold when closing business, including lot of equipment , imac. did retain range of lenses had acquired (including nikkor 24-70 2.8 or “holy grail” known then, “big-ma” sigma 50-500 , collection of mid-tier nikon telephoto/prime lenses).

i’m looking take photography time purely hobby rather means income, since i’ve been out game long feel little lost in today’s nikon range of camera bodies , can see industry seems have leaped forward since things d300 first launched.

guess question is, decent offering today’s lineup used “enthusiast” level piece of kit?? or, better selling of “legacy” lenses , starting scratch opening door alternatives canon??

lot,
xiii

there's 100 different ways go , lot depend on want shoot.

i'd not think worth selling glass go cannon. not unless you're looking video heavily.

given own i'd either @ d500 or d850 (full frame).
d850 has been launched there glut of d810's coming onto second hand market.
these cameras both have same layout d300 easy pick up.

alternatively @ d750 (what use) or d7500 if you're looking spend little less.
