Dock not auto-hiding


i cannot dock (which stays hidden @ bottom of screen) appear when move cursor bottom of screen since have updated high sierra.

have tried quit , restart, remove/uninstall plug-ins (only 1 - cdock, plus re-enabled sip), , force-quit in activity monitor , in terminal, , nothing working. know might causing this?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
