Convert APFS to FAT without losing data?


i converted external media hdd drive while ago apfs. messing around , backed in other places. converted hfs apfs in seconds du , didn't lose data.

can go apfs fat without losing it? need stuff off on windows machine.
 

do have other (empty) drives laying around? way can connect both same mac , transfer between them. way transfer on network. i'm not sure can format fat/fat32 apfs without formatting though.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
