Is it worth getting a new iMac in order to have the Apple File System?

hi

have late 2013 27” imac. has 16gb of ram. has 1 tb hdd. have used 90gb of disk storage.

use our imac for:

email
internet browsing
apple music streaming via itunes
apple notes
ms word.
ms excel
viewing photos (photo app)

light use, imagine.

backup using time machine onto 2 ssd drives. have third ssd drive, dedicated carbon copy cloner.

worth getting new imac, in order take advantage of apple’s new file system?

applications load slowly. not sure how important us. main concern, derive enough benefit affs warrant new machine ssd drive? suppose replace current hdd ssd, afraid of compatibility issues high sierra.

got our first atv , use streaming.

thoughts ?

no, not new file system. in fact, i'd wait few point revisions @ least before considering changing file systems.

on other hand, might ready new computer anyway. think find base 27" 256 gb ssd nice improvement (i have same 512gb). lightning-fast loads, faster graphics , over-all responsiveness, , wonderful screen.

when people have gained confidence in new file system, ready too.
