iPad Pro 10.5" Constantly "Thinking"


hi guys - easy question you.

100% of time when looking @ ios "desktop" or home screen, no apps open, twirly wheel beside wifi going. doesn't matter how long watch for, 100% of time, if on home screen, it's twirling. have background refresh globally set off. no apps open in task manager. it's 10.5" wifi model. open or app, stops. don't have icloud set up. not sure doing long, time.

it's not affecting battery life (which phenomenal) not concerned, know doing , why 100% of time.

thoughts? else's this? tia
 

is ipad brand new? show lots of activity while settles in. check in battery section of setting , see using power.
