I hate charging my Apple Watch, is there no solution?

so, have many places in house lightning cables available iphone or ipad plug in. same goes office. however, every time want charge apple watch have inconveniently unplug lightning cable, find apple watch charging cable connected puck , connect adapter, charge apple watch , unplug again , reattach lightning cable. when travelling it's worse because because when have 1 outlet in inconvenient location (under table instance), don't want unplug lightning cable every time need charge apple watch.

have dedicated apple watch charging location in house, travel lot , have dive under desks @ each location connect outlets, need more flexible solution. still don't understand why charging puck has cable embedded inside instead of being able connect lightning cable this:

has found solution problem yet? heard concepts , projects trying solve problem, couldn't lightning certified , therefore switched microusb doesn't solve problem @ all.

think there official apple accessory available too, pad huge , pretty expensive:
