Cleaning the Camera Body


my 5d mk iii needs wash know kind fo solution safe use on body. maybe lens body also. got tips?
 

i tend use micro fibre cloths on regular basis dry wipe. if body bit grungy use either baby wipe or damp cloth no solvents.

have never had serious cleaning of body or lens sorry, maybe lightweight needs.
