Buying a 6,1 now , Resale value


i'm getting refurbished 6,1 .. can't wait year+ new mp drop , i'm not interested in in 1 imac @ all... not new pros coming out in few months. have project i'm in middle of , sold mbp due fan noise , cpu power, have ton of thunderbolt expansion bays, docks.. old mac pros out. stuck current mac pro.
plan on using till new mac pros come out in year or , sell mac pro fund it. wondering resale value based on gpu alone, cpu, etc.. can upgraded.
d300 , feel i'll better return on d500/d700 in future.
here refurb prices +tax , difference 6core different video cards.

once new mmp comes out 6,1 not worth much. reason earlier mac pros kept value immensely upgradable new hard drives, more memory, better video cards, etc. 6,1, on other hand, bad imac in upgrade department , there nothing decent (i'm looking @ nmp) replace it. no 1 going want 4+ year old nmp if can shiny new 7,1 @ decent price.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
