So how much worse is Chrome than Safari for battery now? ...


i remember reading many times on last 2+ years how hard chrome on mac laptop battery compared safari.

haven't owned apple laptop in years didn't pay attention. both of kids in college have mbps, advised them use safari.

though in last 6 months i've read several articles claiming chrome has improved quite bit in regard. , since bought new 13.3" mba, i'm curious again. so how find chrome vs. safari lately respect battery life on sierra?

i've been trying see if there big difference well. i've been observing, chrome has gotten better power consumption.
