My mac doesn't find Macintosh HD after APFS conversion


i converted hd apfs but, after reboot mac doesn't find macintosh hd. tried disk utility disappeared. please me. mac mini late 2012 original hdd
 

if booting older system (el capitan or older), disk utility not show apfs format drive. it's not supported format before sierra, , won't visible @ all.

if have upgraded high sierra beta, , have recovery system upgraded well, apfs drive should visible when booted recovery system.

but, don't think can convert (spinning) hdd apfs.
so, if still have spinning hard drive, need erase drive, reinstall macos, other apps , files backup.

have current backup, correct?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
