iTunes help- new iPad


just got new ipad 10.5, want restore backup of old ipad has never been synced itunes (don't want use icloud). however, itunes library enormous , don't want songs transferred onto either ipad- old or new. how make sure songs on old ipad sync , transfer new ipad?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
