Green screen while restarting/shut down??


i added second account on macbook dad can use it. i've noticed during restart screen turns green before rebooting. normal? don't think there has been modifications done dad limited access account.

2017 tb mbp 15".
 

oddly enough 2017 15” did couple of times. wiped machine , haven’t seen since.
