Can't install app via ad-hoc distribution


hi,

so, client found bug i'm trying reproduce. installing release build via xcode didn't cause bug, - per apple's recommendation - i'm trying load ipa file built client onto else's ipad. however, after load app onto ipad, "installing" before says app name, icon gray. when tap icon, stays "installing" installation never seems finish.

created distribution provisioning profile ipad, when try load using xcode, still says "no provisioning profile on device". make matters worse, there's no "profile & device management."

edit: device in question registered in profile.
 

update: tried loading profile emailing myself. when tapped on profile, however, taken screen said: "no profiles installed."

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
