contacted apple support on sept 24 iphone dead morning after unplugging charger. had been behaving strangely since battery replaced under apple recall in march. sent me mailer put phone , sent them. appear have lost - tracking number gave me return shipment shows being delivered somewhere in city 250 miles me! oct 19th , still have no phone. since oct 4th have been dealing customer relations guy out of ireland , has got in trying work out has happened. more interested in trying work out why process went wrong dealing customer has not got phone back. despite him saying keep me informed hear him , have left numerous voice messages. when talk him speaking broken record - is trying resolve issue , doing can. have asked speak manager there , been told point blank “that impossible.”
long term apple user of laptops, desktops, tablets, phones , watches , every customer service experience date has been flawless. episode has undone goodwill had. atrocious customer service experience have ever had company. have asked on apple's support twitter feed , spoken 2 other customer relations people see if can resolution , response keep on customer relations guy dealing with. it’s 3 weeks since sent phone them , @ loss how proceed.
have posted iphone hardware group @ official apple support community board in hope reading might have ideas me.
last resort try emailing tcook@apple.com , explaining situation? may best try going on current guy's head.
