P2715Q Monitor with MBP 16

hey folks

1 using dell p2715q monitor 2016 mbp?
interested in buying , know whether can 4k output monitor.
documentation says yes, not sure port need use on monitor , cable needed.

i not have monitor, use displayport if can. usb-c displayport cable , set. got mine amazon , cablematters cable. looks not available anymore. 1 looks good:

works fine. have 1 3 foot , 1 6 foot cable dual monitor hookup.
