no sound controls when headphone jack is in use but internal speakers work fine


hi internal speakers work fine, there no problem if 1 asks , non of red light rubbish problem digital out, not computer speakers.

problem not have options digital out. have tried many headphones , speakers , isnt them.
when looking @ sound option firstly icon in top right greyed out.
secondly when go system preferences has device located says selected device has no output controls.
in midi setup main volume disabled greyed out.

have tried obvious ones reset pram etc , nothing has changed.

how can fix please! has way.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
