MBP mid 2012 click doesn't work after sleep and plugged in


i have macbook pro mid 2012 non retina 13", whenever after close or when charge mbp, touchpad click ( not tap ) won't work till click few times, idea ?
im new here, if chance posted in wrong sub forum, kindly lemme know,

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
